• Budget/Rental level • Area/Location • Essential requirements • Commencement date/Length of tenancy • Number of occupants • Children • Animals • Any other helpful information

Once a suitable home has been found and your offer accepted we will require a holding deposit and will take up references, through a credit agency.

The Tenancy Agreement will then be raised and at this stage we ask you for a deposit equivalent to eight weeks rent, held against damage and dilapidation. All agreements are subject to the receipt of satisfactory references.

The deposit should be paid when the Agreement is signed.
The first month's rent is payable on the first day of the Agreement
by Banker's Draft or Bank Transfer.
